Fitness Silent discos are a really fun way to get those endorphins pumping and get your fitness fix.
You will have a wireless headset which you can hear both the music and instructor.
The class itself is a mix of bodyweight HIIT style training, so it provides a great total body workout, however all exercises can be modified to suit your own fitness level. The feedback has been that the music distracts you from the hard work you are putting in and simultaneously helping you push a bit harder as you lose yourself in the tunes
